Alivira TRANSUIN feed mix (ractopamine) is focused on performance enhancement and carcass improvement during the swine finishing phase.
INDICATIONS
- Increased muscle deposition: Promotes lean skeletal muscle mass development.
- Reduction of fat deposition: Limits the accumulation of fat in the meat.
- Improvement of feed conversion: Enhances feed efficiency, meaning animals require less feed per pound of gain.
- Improved carcass yield: Increases the dress percentage and overall usable carcass weight.
- Increase the amount of lean meat: Boosts the overall leanness of the final pork products.
ADMINISTRATION
- TRANSUIN (2% Ractopamine Hydrochloride): Mix 250 g to 1,000 g per ton of feed. This provides a final concentration of 5 ppm to 20 ppm of ractopamine.
- TRANSUIN 10 (10% Ractopamine Hydrochloride): Mix 50 g to 200 g per ton of feed. This also provides a final concentration of 5 ppm to 20 ppm of ractopamine.
Feeding & Handling Guidelines
- Target Phase: It is designed strictly for the swine finishing phase to increase lean meat and improve feed efficiency.
- Homogeneous Blending: Because the required amount of premix per ton is small, you should perform an intermediate pre-blending step (mixing the product into a small amount of feed first) before incorporating it into the final large batch to ensure equal distribution.
- Withdrawal Period: This product does not require a withdrawal period before slaughter.
