• • Necrotic Enteritis: Aids in the prevention, control, and treatment of necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens.
  • Early Mortality: Helps reduce early chick mortality associated with diminished feed consumption and chilling (often administered in the first week of life).
  • Performance: Increases the rate of weight gain, improves the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) (allowing birds to grow more efficiently), and increases egg production and feed efficiency in laying hens.
  • Enteritis in Turkeys: Aids in the control of transmissible enteritis (blue comb, mud fever).

• Clostridial Enteritis: Used in pregnant and lactating sows/gilts to aid in the prevention of clostridial enteritis (bloody scours) in their suckling piglets.
• Growth and Efficiency: Promotes a healthy gut to increase the rate of weight gain and improve feed efficiency in growing/finishing swine.

ADMINISTRATION

• Standard Mixing Rate: Administer by mixing 200 gm to 500 gm per metric ton (1,000 kg) of complete finished feed.
• Intermediate Preblending: To ensure the medication is evenly dispersed, mix 1 kg of the feed mix with 9 kg of an unmedicated feed ingredient first, and then add this preblend thoroughly into the larger batch of feed.
• Continuous Administration: It is usually fed continuously for prevention, growth promotion, or treatment depending on the specific livestock.
