Alivira NIL-O-PAIN (meloxicam & paracetamol) is a veterinary medicine used for its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties.

INDICATIONS

• Pain & Inflammation Control: Reduces discomfort associated with surgical wounds, soft tissue injuries, muscular pain, and joint issues like osteoarthritis.
• Fever Reduction: Treats Pyrexia of Unknown Origin (PUO) and fevers caused by underlying infections.
• Livestock Conditions: Supportive treatment for acute mastitis, respiratory infections, diarrhea, and reproductive issues like uterine prolapse in cattle, sheep, and goats.
• Routine Procedures: Alleviates pain associated with dehorning and castration in livestock.
• Antibiotic Support: Administered alongside antimicrobial therapies to manage systemic inflammation and improve animal appetite during illness.

ADMINISTRATION

• Route: Often administered by Intramuscular (IM) injection (specifically deep muscle tissue) or slow Intravenous (IV) injection depending on the animal being treated.
• Dosage by Weight: The dosage must be calculated precisely based on the species and body weight of the animal.
  • Cattle & Buffaloes: Typically 15 ml to 20 ml per 300 kg body weight.
  • Calf, Sheep, & Goat: Typically 1 ml to 2 ml per 10 kg body weight.
  • Dogs & Horses: Exact dosage must be determined by a veterinarian

• Contraindications: This drug should not be given to animals with known liver, kidney, or heart conditions.
