    • Where to Inject: Inject the solution under the loose skin either in front of or behind the shoulder area.
    • Hygiene: Always use a clean, sterile needle and syringe, applying standard aseptic technique to prevent infection at the site.
    • Maximum Volume Per Site: If you are administering a total dose of more than 10 mL to a single animal, divide the dose and inject it into separate sites.

The appropriate amount of AVROMEC is determined by the animal’s body weight to ensure effective treatment.

    • Lambs: Specific calculations are required for younger, lighter animals.
    • Treatment Protocols: In cases of specific infestations, such as Psoroptes ovis (sheep scab), veterinary guidance may suggest repeated applications at specified intervals.

  • Milk Restrictions: Do not use this product on cows or sheep producing milk for human consumption.
  • Pregnancy Restrictions: Use caution and avoid administration within a specific timeframe before calving or lambing.
  • Withdrawal Period: Animals cannot be slaughtered for meat consumption immediately after treatment, as a specific withdrawal window is required for residues to clear.
