Alivira Fasmin Oral Liquid (oxyclozanide & levamisole) is a broad-spectrum deworming formulation indicated for the treatment, control, and prevention of internal parasitic infestations in livestock.

INDICATIONS

• Liver Flukes: Specifically targets fascioliasis (liver fluke infestation).
• Amphistomes: Controls rumen flukes (amphistomiasis).
• Gastrointestinal Nematodes: Eliminates various gastrointestinal roundworms.
• Lungworms: Treats parasitic lungworm infestations that affect respiration.
• Nasal Schistosomes: Effective against blood flukes inhabiting the nasal passages.

ADMINISTRATION

• Dosage: Dosing is strictly based on the animal’s body weight. The manufacturer’s general guideline is typically 10 ml per 40 kg of body weight.
• Restraint: Ensure the animal is securely restrained with its head held in a slightly elevated position.
• Administration: Gently introduce the dosing nozzle or syringe into the side of the mouth (past the incisors) and slowly depress the plunger. Administering the liquid slowly gives the animal time to swallow comfortably and safely without aspirating into its airway.
